Getting started
- Open the invitation link on the phone you’ll use for Carevela.
- Install the app (if needed), sign in, then open the invite link again.
- Enter medication names and schedules carefully.
- Have another caregiver confirm details for important meds.
Notifications & reminders
If reminders aren’t arriving on time, check:
- Notification permissions for Carevela in your device settings
- Battery saver / low power mode settings
- Internet connectivity
Reminders can be delayed or fail due to device settings or connectivity. Don’t rely solely on the app for critical medication decisions.
Sign-in & account issues
- If you signed in with Apple/Google, use the same provider again.
- If you changed your email provider settings, you may need to re-authenticate.
- If you can’t access your account, email support with the email address you used to sign in.
Data deletion requests
You can delete your account directly in the app. See Delete Your Carevela Account for step-by-step instructions. If you need help, email sobhi_developer@hotmail.com from the address associated with your account and include “Deletion Request” in the subject line.
