Delete Your Carevela Account
You can delete your Carevela account directly in the app. If you need help, contact sobhi_developer@hotmail.com.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open Carevela
- Go to Settings → Profile (top block where email and username are mentioned)
- Tap “Delete Account”
- Confirm deletion
What data gets deleted
When an account is deleted:
- Personal profile information is removed
- Care group membership is removed
- Medication and caregiver-related data associated with the account may be deleted or anonymized where applicable
What data may be retained (and why)
We may retain limited information where required or permitted by law, or for legitimate business purposes such as:
- Security and fraud prevention
- Debugging, audit trails, and enforcing our terms
- System backups that may take time to fully purge
Where possible, retained data is minimized and/or de-identified. Some analytics may remain in
aggregated or de-identified form.
